Main Responsibilities:

• Coordinating between business owners and line managers.
• Conducting audits of existing processes (sales, marketing, tenders, design, construction, finance, supply, IT).
• Development of unified regulations and standards.
• Formation of a responsibility matrix.
• Definition of quality control points and deadlines.
• Link processes to be created between divisions.
• Connection of marketing activities with financial planning.
• A unified system of budgeting and forecasting.
• Cash flow planning according to the construction calendar.
• Control of purchases and tenders.
• Transparency of project costs.
• Regular cross-functional meetings.
• Unified reporting system.
• Implementation of CRM project management systems.
• Control of execution of construction schedules.
• Optimization of resources (human, material, (financial). management reporting.
• Adherence to project budgets.
• Meeting construction deadlines.

Candidate requirements

Higher education in the specialty:

• Construction and civil engineering

• Organization management

• Finance, banking and insurance

• Accounting and audit

• Enterprise economics

Work experience:

• Experiencework in a construction company will be an advantage.

• Practical experience of supporting construction projects (accounting of objects, contractors, acts of completed works).

Professional knowledge

• Experience of keeping records of enterprises on the general taxation system and the single tax.

• Practical experience of working with VAT (tax invoices, registration, blocking).

• Understanding the specifics of accounting in construction:

  • accounting of expenses by objects;

  • formation of cost price;

  • work with KB-2b, KB-3;

  • accounting of advances and phased financing.

• Experience budgeting and financial planning in a project environment.

Knowledge of programs

• 1C UTP 8.3

• Excel (advanced level — summary tables, financial models)
