Operations Director in Easy Decision Recruitment Agency

We invite the cooperation of the Operations Director for the development direction of the company, which has been developing construction projects in the field of housing, hospitality and public spaces for more than 10 years, and also ensures their high-quality implementation and is responsible for attracting and interacting with investors.

This role is about project management, teams, financial and operational discipline, building processes that allow the business to be stable work and scale. In the future - transition to the role of CEO and management of the company at a strategic level.

Main tasks

• Management of construction projects, control of implementation deadlines, budgets and quality of execution
• Coordination of the work of a team of project managers, ensuring consistency of actions
• Optimization of costs, financial control and preparation of management reports
• Planning and control of the use of technical and material resources
• Development and implementation of clear operational processes, structuring of operational activities and approaches to project management
• Formation of a strong team and creation of conditions for its professional development

Requirements

• Experience in the position of Operations Director from 2 years (preferably in the field of construction or development; we also consider experience in production companies with physical product (non-digital))
• Experience in managing projects, budgets and teams
• Practical experience in organizing operational work in companies at the stage of growth or change
• Systemic and analytical thinking, strategic approach to management
• Readiness to take responsibility for the final operational and financial results
• Readiness for business trips (mainly within Kyiv region and western regions of Ukraine)
