Job Objective: Provide effective strategic and operational management of the enterprise

Main duties: Operational management of the enterprise on the scale of 600-1000 people

• Formation and control of budget implementation, optimization expenses
• Daily planning and control of the work of divisions: production, sales, procurement, HR, financial and administrative departments.
• Analysis and control of economic performance indicators
• Building an effective operational structure and ensuring the effectiveness of the company's performance indicators.

Necessary experience and qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in the role of operations director in the production sphere (Miltech, electronics, mechanics, mechanical engineering) in a SYSTEM COMPANY
• Practical experience in production processes and their optimization
• Experience in participating in public contracts and work with government structures
• Understanding the specifics of work at MilTech will be a great advantage
