Ukrainian company Concern Khlibprom PJSC, one of the largest producers of bakery products in Ukraine, opens a new position - Operations Director.

We work in several segments of the food industry: we manufacture bakery and confectionery products, including frozen semi-finished bakery and confectionery products, we offer a comprehensive coffee solution, which includes coffee, tea, cocoa, coffee accessories, coffee machines and service.

In each of these directions, we manufacture a certain range of products, each of which has its own characteristics.

5 production divisions are concentrated in Lviv and Vinnytsia.< /p>

Head office - m. Lviv.

The purpose of this position and main duties:

• development of long-term production development programs, consideration and approval of projects of production units under construction and reconstruction
• analysis of technical and economic indicators of work and results of financial and economic activity of the enterprise
• participation in the development of business plans Companies in terms of ensuring current and prospective needs in the production of products of a certain quality, quantity, assortment and nomenclature
• ensuring the necessary level of technical preparation of production and its constant growth, increasing production efficiency, reducing costs (material, financial, labor), rational use of production resources , high quality and competitiveness of the products produced, their compliance with current state standards
• management of measures to improve the range and quality of products produced by the Company, its improvement and renewal, creation of new competitive types of products
• analysis of the Company's production activities with the aim of identifying production reserves, elimination of losses and unproductive costs, rational use of material, personnel and other resources
• coordination of the development of measures with resource saving, optimization of raw material costs, increasing production efficiency, increasing the efficiency of the use of labor resources in production
• budgeting

Requirements for candidate:

• experience of working in a managerial position in the operational direction
• successful experience of managing the operational activities of the Company
• responsibility, orientation towards long-term cooperation , effectiveness, high communication skills, purposefulness, proactivity, systematicity, having a strategic vision
