Main requirements for the candidate:

• Work experience in a managerial position from 2 years;
• Proficiency in MS Office and 1C;
• Experience in building and managing operational processes;
• Ability to work in multitasking mode;
• Organization, system thinking, responsibility, communication, teamwork, result orientation;
• Readiness for business trips.

Main tasks of the position:

• Management of technical departments of the company;
• Planning, organization and management of business processes of subordinates departments;
• Team development, ability to adjust work processes;
• Formation and control of the budget;
• Control of operation of all company facilities;
• Control of purchases, tenders, conclusion of contracts with subcontractors;
• Work on the automation of the company's software; 
• Control of the operation of warehouses and logistics;
• Reporting on tasks and projects.
