- Experience in personnel management (from 15 people) and work in sales or procurement in a managerial position
- High level of communication and negotiation experience
- Ability to conduct market analytics and analyze commercial information
- Fluency in programs: Excel, Google Docs, PowerPoint, Canva, BAS, 1C
- Responsibility, proactivity and systematic approach
- Desire to grow and learn professionally

- Operational management of the sales department (B2B), purchasing department,
- Analysis of product matrices, product turnover, inventory, orders and product margin
- Development and implementation of price policy
- Organization of work of departments and ensuring effective operation
- Conducting negotiations and meetings with key by customers
- Control of conditions under customer contracts, approval of the sales plan and communication with the ZED manager
- Granting tasks to the HR department, participation in hiring and adaptation of newcomers
