• Operational Director / Executive Director experience or CEO — from 2 years;
• Higher education, preference is given to economics or management (MBA as priority);
• Successful experience of implementation and optimization of the organization's business processes, which can be presented in numbers;
• Skills of effective use of the main functions of management (planning, motivation, organization, control).
