Responsibilities:

- Management of the company's operational activities, ensuring its efficiency and profitability.

- Development and implementation of business development strategies in the field of Internet trade.

- Optimization of logistics , warehouse and procurement processes.

- Control of the implementation of budgets and financial indicators.

- Organization of team work: task setting, control of KPI execution, staff motivation.

- Interaction with other departments to ensure smooth operation of all divisions.

- Market analysis, introduction of new technologies and tools for business development.

- Working with partners and suppliers, conducting negotiations.

Requirements for the candidate:

- Experience in management positions in e-commerce or related fields (from 3 years).

- In-depth knowledge of Internet trade processes, including logistics, warehousing, customer service.

- Excellent personnel management skills and teamwork organization.

- Strong analytical skills, ability to work with financial indicators.

- Orientation on the result, strategydynamic thinking.

- Knowledge of CRM systems and analytics tools.
