Responsibilities< /b>:

• Creation, implementation, optimization, automation, digitization of business processes
• Standardization of the company's business processes
• Audit of business processes, search for weak points and their elimination
• Ensuring effective operational management (analysis, goal setting, planning, delegation, coordination, control).
• Organization and coordination of work of all divisions of the company.

Requirements:

• Availability of management experience of 3+ years
• Expertise in the functioning of enterprises of various types and readiness for it to share
• Initiative, constant desire to improve business processes and enterprise functioning
• Knowledge of modern methods of automation and digitization of operational and business processes
• Ability to analyze data and create strategic decisions based on them
• High level of communication skills and ability to build effective relationships with different levels of staff
• Ability to identify business value, prioritize algorithms actions
• Ability to delegate tasks
• Ability to react quickly and make decisions in conditions of multitasking
