The main purpose of the position:
Systematization of business processes, ensuring effective interaction between departments, implementation of the company's strategic plans and achievement of high results by all divisions.
High level of responsibility:
The position involves direct interaction with the Owner, significant impact on the company's results and corresponding financial motivation that will grow as your responsibilities expand and positive change is achieved.
The company provides the necessary support and opportunities for further growth to CEO, in case of successful interaction.
Main tasks:
General management: control and coordination of the work of all divisions of the company (purchasing, logistics, sales, accounting, marketing and others).
Systematization of business processes: development, implementation and optimization of processes to increase work efficiency.
Interaction of departments: ensuring coordinated cooperation between all functional areas of the company.
Strategy development: creation and implementation of the company's development strategy in domestic and foreign markets, digitalization
Setting tasks: distribution of tasks between department heads, prioritization and execution control.
Optimization of resources: ensuring effective use of human, material and financial resources.
Financial control: approval of budgets, monitoring of expenses and achievement of financial goals.
Personnel management: management, control, motivation of employees
Risk management: analysis of potential risks and development of measures to minimize them.
Analysis and reporting: regular evaluation of the results of departmental activities, preparation of reports for management.
