Key responsibilities:

•  Development and implementation of operational strategies to increase sales, profitability and efficiency of the network.
•  Monitoring and analysis of financial indicators .
•  Control of daily operational activities of establishments in all regions.
• Coordination of the opening of new establishments.
• Optimizing the allocation of resources and personnel management, reducing staff turnover and implementing motivational measures.
• Management of delivery, assortment and other services projects.
•  Managing crisis situations and implementing continuous improvements to achieve financial goals and optimize business processes.

Key requirements for the candidate:

• 5+ years of operational management experience in foodservice or retail (with experience in manufacturing facilities).
•  Experience in managing a multifunctional network of 20+ locations, including optimization of business processes and logistics.
• Deep knowledge of operational standards and regulatory requirements.
• Project management experience of opening new locations and launching new services.
•  Skills in personnel management, implementation of motivational programs and team retention.
