If you:

• have a higher education in the field of management, economics or administration;
< li>have experience in a similar position of 1 year or more in social projects (will be an advantage);
• have experience in personnel management;
• Knowledge of the basics of accounting and finance;
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills;
• Ability to work in multitasking conditions.

Your main duties and tasks will be:

• development of business processes;
• implementation of processes in the team together with managers;
• organization and training for the team on new processes;

• organization and control of performance of operational tasks;
• personnel management and distribution of work tasks;
• formation of project teams and drawing up of operational plans;
• development of the Organization's strategy and its analysis;
• analysis of the Organization's work efficiency and implementation of improvements;
• monitoring and evaluation of projects, tracking of intermediate project indicators;
• work according to the RACI project.
