DefPoint is a company engaged in military equipment and ammunition, we started our activity from the beginning full-scale war. We are proud that during this period we have become a reliable partner for more than 20,000 customers, in particular for military units, brigades and HV, and we also have a confident and well-established cooperation with volunteer foundations, public organizations and territorial communities for more effective provision of our military.

Our company is actively developing and improving its capabilities. We opened our own garment factory and set up drone production to provide the army with the most advanced equipment.

Our goal is to build capacity and work with brigades to provide all necessary resources and support to our military.

We are looking for a person who has his own ideas and initiatives to improve our processes and expand the company's activities. Our ideal candidate:

• Has deep knowledge in operational management, production processes, project management, financial planning and budgeting, as well as the principles of management reporting.
• He has experience in building processes and developing a retail and wholesale network, sales through tender platforms.
• Desires personal and professional development.< /li>
• A person who strives to achieve high results, both for himself and for the company.
• Has a higher education.
• Experience in a similar position for at least 2 years.
