Or you've been an organizer for a student or volunteer organization, Plast, or something similar.Or you might be a current or recent Masters student, looking for your first "real job".We’re looking for a super-organised, fast-thinking, problem-solving enthusiast to join our team and work directly with our Founder and the wider team.You'll work on a wide range of projects, from coordinating in-person events for hundreds of people to building an online community, and providing support for our team on everything from travel to office operations.It's important to know that:Whilst we offer some flexibility for home/remote working, we are primarily an office-based team.We've invested a lot in creating a space in the center of Lviv where people want to go to work every day, and have built a team of bright, funny, collaborative, supportive humans (and a couple of equally brilliant dogs 🐶) that make it a great place to work.We know how useful a home-working day can be when there are deadlines to hit, and you need to avoid distractions, and that life sometimes throws things which make us need to change our plans. That's all good, and we all do it from time-to-time, but if you're looking for a remote job, this isn't the one for you.We are happy to support relocation from another city inside Ukraine, but please do not apply if you are looking for a remote or home-based position.Who are we?We’re a small, fast-growing product company located in Lviv that builds easy-to-use project management software for printed graphics and signage companies. Signage manufacturers and wide-format printers use our industry-specific software to manage thousands of installation projects globally for some of the biggest brands in the world.We also run two in-person events each year, as well as participating in those organized by others.What will you be doing?You’ll support your colleagues in many ways, but here are a few key areas where you’ll make a big difference:Team organisation, coordination of meetings, travel and accommodation, taking notes and following up post-meeting to make sure everybody has their actionsWorking with our Founder to carry out research for new projects, review the market, competitors, new ideas, potential suppliers and moreUnderstanding how we currently do things, documenting these practices to create standard operating procedures, and continuously updating these documents to support our goal of sustainable growthDesigning new processes, systems and ways of doing things to help us keep improvingCoordinating social media alongside our marketing manager, and helping us build our online communityCommunicating with our partners, sponsors, suppliers and customersMaking sure the office runs smoothly and always has everything that is neededIt's a varied role, and no two days will be the same, so we're looking for somebody who wants to gain experience across different areas of a business and be challenged.Who are we looking for?You probably have some experience in an organizing role at work, or in a student or volunteer organization.You’re a self-starter, always looking for the next opportunity to improve things and not waiting for someone to give you a list of tasks.A strong communicator who is confident both writing and speaking in English - minimum B2 level.A fast learner who takes feedback well and asks the right questions to clarify your understanding.What you can expect from usA supportive, collaborative environment where we help each other to grow and keep moving forward, both individually and collectively.Opportunities for growth - we hire people because we want to work with them, and then we support them to keep developing their skills, and reward them accordingly.Lots of laughs - if we're not enjoying our work, then what's the point?We’re a small team, but we achieve a lot!
