Currently our company in looking for an Operations Coordinator to strengthen our team.

Main tasks:

• Coordinating the work of teams
• Interacting with systems to create invoices and their preparation
• Processing payments in various payment systems
• Working with receivables
• Analysis and updating of information in CRM and internal company systems
• Correspondence with clients
• Search and analysis of information at the request of US and UA management

We expect from you:

Hard skills:

• Computer and technical literacy (Microsoft Office, Google docs, experience with CRM systems, etc.)
• Englishnot lower thanB1 Strong (written and conversational)
• Higher economic education will be an advantage

Soft skills:

• Willingness to learn what you have never done before
• Willingness to be responsible for the results of your work
• Ability to work in multitasking mode, quickly navigate new applications and systems
• Attention and logical thinking
• Team player - positive attitude towards communication and cooperation with colleagues
• Ability to identify a problem and quickly find its solution
