Пряме повідомлення учасника, який розмістив вакансію, з Mosqitter Anna Protsenko Anna Protsenko Head of Operations at Mosqitter Join Mosqitter!Mosqitter is a Ukrainian women-founded tech company that develops innovative eco-friendly pest control solutions.We are looking for an Operations & Account Manager who will be responsible for managing the company's operational processes, ensuring smooth operations, and closely collaborating with clients and the technical team.Key Responsibilities:Organize and manage the company's daily operational processesProcess and coordinate client requests, providing support at all stages of collaborationManage and optimize the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates, overseeing task completionOrganize logistics processes, coordinate shipments, and monitor order fulfillment for international partnersCommunicate with partners and contractors, maintaining positive business relationshipsCollaborate with the team to optimize operational processes, improve efficiency and productivity, and participate in the development and improvement of internal processesMaintain financial reporting and control expenses related to operational activitiesInteract with the technical team to resolve technical issues and implement solutions for clientsProviding customer support and promptly resolving inquiries and issuesWhat we expect from you:Proficiency in English at the Intermediate level or higherAt least 1 year of experience in operations management or customer supportExpert proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Office, and experience working with CRM, Jira, and Confluence.Ability to analyze processes, systematize work, and propose improvementsHigh level of organization, responsibility, and ability to work independently in a dynamic environmentExcellent communication skills: the ability to present information clearly, conduct negotiations, and resolve conflictsAttention to detail, responsibility, and organizationPreferable location - Kyiv, UkraineWhat we offer:Flexible full-time schedule with the possibility of remote work14 days of paid vacation and flexible sick leave optionsThe opportunity to work on an innovative product with a global impact.A friendly team and opportunities for professional development in an international companyCompetitive salaryReady to join our team?
