We provide employment, set a course of job search strategy and inspire new achievements and results in work. We currently have an open position for Operations Analyst at ENKO label. ENKO is a Ukrainian music multi-genre label, the goal of which is to create new Ukrainian music and promote it around the world. The label, which is the fastest growing on the Ukrainian market, strengthened its success with the victory of Kalush Orchestra at Eurovision and is the main Ukrainian partner of major labels Sony Music Group and Universal Music Group. Expectations from the candidate: You have 2-3 years of commercial experience in the position of Data Analyst; Experience with various methods of data collection and analysis; Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Looker Studio or other similar data management software; Analytical thinking, attentiveness and a responsible attitude to deadlines; Experience in effective communication; Experience working in a dynamic environment; Intermediate level of English; Proactive position at work, initiative and leadership skills; Readiness for routine tasks. What challenges await you: Formation and audit of analytical reports on label activity; Communication with label partners (Universal, Sony) regarding royalty payments; Formation of reports for each artist on account of royalty payments; Preparation of dashboards with statistics on royalties for artists;  Verification and control of reporting and publishing payments; Management of the catalog of documents and media files of the label (Looker Studio); Business communication with clients and partners of the label; Preparation of reports at the request of the distribution department; Providing the financial department with the necessary data on the payment of royalties; Control of data filling by the operational department for full management of artists, in terms of data from streaming platforms.
