Operations Agent (morning shifts) in Zoral

About the company:Zoral produced the world's first, fully automated, STP consumer credit platforms.We carried out a survey of banking/finance companies in the process of moving to digital products.We operate one of the largest labs in Europe focused on Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML), predictive systems for consumer/SME credit and financial products.Our clients are based in USA, Canada, Europe, Africa, Asia, South America and Australia.We are looking for a talented, goal-oriented, punctual, diligent, committed and decent person to join us.Responsibilities:Manage large amounts of incoming requests and documentsProvide accurate, valid and complete information for AI system by using the right methods/toolsBecome a product expert and provide documentation updates to our knowledge baseContribute and share ideas to decrease the workload and improve the quality & speed of teamworkWorking schedule - 3 working days and 3 days off, morning shifts from 06.00 to 14.00 (UA time)RequirementsProfessional:Intermediate/Upper-Intermediate written and spoken EnglishHigh typing speedBasic understanding of reporting, escalation and follow up proceduresStrong communication & interpersonal skillsAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyPersonal:Attentive to detailsStress resistanceTech-savvyAbility to work independentlyEnjoy working in a fast-paced environmentWill be a plus:Customer service skills and experience (especially 24x7 or night shifts)Experience with CRM systems (Zendesk, JIRA etc.)
