Operations Agent (evening and night shifts) in Zoral

Zoral Labs, a leading provider of research and development to the software industry, is searching for a Operations Agent for its development center in Kiev. 

We carried out a survey of banking/finance companies in the process of moving to digital products.

We operate one of the largest labs in Europe focused on Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML), predictive systems for consumer/SME credit and financial products.

Our clients are based in USA, Canada, Europe, Africa, Asia, South America and Australia.

We are looking for a talented, goal-oriented, punctual, diligent, committed and decent person to join us.

Responsibilities:

Manage large amounts of incoming requests and documents

• Provide accurate, valid and complete information for AI system by using the right methods/tools
• Become a product expert and provide documentation updates to our knowledge base
• Contribute and share ideas to decrease the workload and improve the quality & speed of teamwork
• Working schedule - distant shifts from 14.00 p.m. to 22.00 and from 22.00 p.m. to 06.00 a.m. (UA time zone, GMT+2)
  

Requirements

Professional:

• Intermediate/Upper-Intermediate written and spoken English
• High typing speed
• Basic understanding of reporting, escalation and follow up procedures
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Will be a plus:

• Customer service skills and experience (especially 24x7 or night shifts)
• Experience with CRM systems (Zendesk, JIRA etc.)
