Our employee in this position:

• Responsible for analyzing the current menu of the client and preparing proposals for its improvement, participating in the development of an alternative menu and implementing technical documentation
• Responsible for working with products, including working out samples, developing new dishes based on ideas or hypotheses and conducting their validation at the request of the client
• Advises clients on equipment, the use of dishes and cooking technologies, promptly responds to requests and participates in presentations and demonstrations of cooking processes
• Participates in training the client’s staff on the use of new products and menus and formulates recommendations for optimizing kitchen work and reducing food waste Forms recommendations for optimizing kitchen processes and popularizing the company’s products
• Responsible for calculating TSV of dishes, preparing calculations and technical recommendations for setting prices for dishes

We invite you to an interview if you have:

• Knowledge of the technology of poultry farming, processing of poultry and other products of animal origin
• Knowledge of technical characteristics of food products produced by enterprises
• Experience in building a HACCP system Understanding of food preparation technologies and culinary equipment
