Main tasks in this position:

• conducting monthly reconciliations with insurance companies, banks and other partners;

• formation of acts of services provided and their implementation in the accounting program;

• preparation and support of refund letters;

• verification and formation of registers for payment to insurance companies;

• work with tables and arrays of information to compare data;

• archiving documents for mutual settlements in EDO systems;

• control of receivables and operational communication with partners regarding financial issues.

You definitely belong with us if you have:

• work experiencefrom 2 years in accounting, financial department or back office;

• experience working with large data sets;

• excellent knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets;

• practical experience using VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP / SUMIFS / logical functions;

• experience with accounting systems or CRM;

• understanding of the processes of mutual settlements, acts of reconciliation and closing periods;

• free ownership of Vchasno and M.E.Doc services
