Operational support manager in NDA Recruitment

In connection with the expansion of the team's areas of responsibility and the increase in the number of account managers in sales, we are strengthening the operational function. The role involves the coordination of orders between the commercial directorate and production, control of the execution of plans and support of shipments.

Main tasks:

• Consolidation of production requests from the Directorate teams that initiate orders.

• Coordinating with production production and delivery dates.

• Control of the shipment plan and monitoring of free balances.

• Constant communication with the initiator teams and production, mediation between departments.

• Ensuring transparent feedback and regular updates on the status of orders.

• Support of the shipment process.

• Document flow control for orders: assistance in document preparation, coordination of signing and handing over to the end user.
