We are looking for a operational specialist with excellent knowledge of the English language and no previous IT experience join our recruitment team .

This entry-level position offers you training in the analysis and validation of technical profiles, as well as the opportunity to work remotely in an international team.

Requirements

• Knowledge of English at a high level (B2+)

• At least 6 months of experience in administrative work, sales, CA research, HR, recruiting or any other related field

• Proficiency in MSOffice

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Analytical thinking and the ability to make decisions based on previous cases

• Proactivity and the ability to adapt change in business, learn quickly and accept information or updates

• Ability to prioritize, work with multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Evaluation of candidate profiles to identify the best IT talent to be offered for general interviews by recruiters

• Working with internal tools, systems and documentation

• Collaboration with cross-stakeholders to ensure effective work

• Supporting the delivery of company brand values
