Specialist in support of operational processes in Talent Hunters Hub

• ability to effectively work with several tasks at the same time.

Will be an advantage:

• experience in internet marketing or digital advertising;
• confident use of Microsoft Office / Google Sheets.

Main responsibilities:

• daily interaction with ad launch specialists to promptly resolve ad account queries, provide up-to-date data and resolve technical difficulties;
• support ad launch team in performing routine tasks: checking accounts, accesses, statuses, coordinating processes between all involved parties; maintaining, filling and regularly updating tables according to established templates (Google Sheets), accounting for accounts and requests;
• ensuring stable work with advertising offices and related tools at all stages.
