We need Operational manager of the service department of the center, who will be responsible for organizing and coordinating the work of the department, ensuring high standards of customer service and optimizing business processes.

Your tasks:

  • organize and coordinate the purchase order group;
  • monitor the implementation of key KPIs and ensure high quality customer service;
  • optimize business processes and implement new tools to increase work efficiency;
  • analyze data, prepare analytical reports and make management decisions;
  • ensure effective communication and interaction with other departments.

We expect from you:

  • experience in a similar position from 1 year;
  • knowledge of programs: CRM, VoIP;
  • experience working in international companies and call centers will be an advantage;
  • understanding of standards and best practices in the field of customer service;
  • strategic thinking and developed analytical skills.
