In 2022, together with our partners, we represented Ukraine at the ISPO Munich international exhibition, which became an important milestone for the brand and our motivation to move even faster.

We work with reliable outsourced factories, which allows us to focus on development and create truly unique things.

We are now looking for a Production Manager to help scale processes while maintaining the quality and character of Turbat.

Role:

• organization of the production process - from receiving the order to finished products in the warehouse
• controlling the quality of products at all stages
• seasonal and ongoing production planning according to the delivery schedule
• effective communication with productions - we cooperate with more than 10 outsourced factories
• search for new capacities and establishing contacts
• search for ideas to improve the production process and their implementation
• preparation of technical documentation and reporting
• optimization of processes and costs

What is important to us:

• 2 years of work experience in production (as a middle or senior manager)
• knowledge of clothing production technology
• experience in preparing technical documentation for production and quality control
• financial and legal literacy
• effective communication skills and managing several projects at once
• ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
• proactivity, responsibility and perseverance

Skills that will be an additional advantage:

• experience working with production planning and management programs
• passion for travel, active recreation, tourism
