Our main requirements:

• Experience of working in managerial positions;
• Experience of personnel management of manufacturing or retail enterprises, or enterprises of the service sector with 100 employees;
• Experience of building and implementing business processes, systematization of operational activities;
• Business orientation, diplomacy, self-organization, leadership; The ability to work in multitasking conditions;
• Own a personal car, reliable driving experience;
• High level of organizational and communication skills, flexibility.

Main duties:

• Operational management of business processes related to the provision of Services Cleaning in the Company;
• Prescription and implementation of existing business processes related to operational activities;
• Communication with customers, maintenance of partnership relations;
• Organization and control of work at serviced facilities;
• Personnel management at serviced facilities;
• Department budgeting, control of budget execution according to Estimates;

• Management and coordination of the company's Business Processes in a cross-section of the direction.
