We invite an Operational (Commercial) Director to our team.
Main responsibilities:
- Management of the company's range (purchase planning, balance control, sales analysis by SKU).
- Organization and control of logistics processes (supply with China, warehouse logistics, delivery to customers).
- Formulation and adjustment of pricing policy.
- Interaction with the marketing department for planning and conducting promotions, sales, seasonal activities.
- Working with the sales department: analysis of plan/fact for each direction and SKU.
- Development and implementation of a management reporting system, control of key indicators.
- Search and implementation tools to increase the efficiency of business processes.
Requirements:
- Experience in management positions (operations director, commercial director, head of the procurement/logistics/sales department) from 5 years.
- Practical knowledge in procurement, logistics, pricing, inventory management.
- Analytical skills, system approach to management.
- Ability to work with a large assortment (10,000+ SKUs).
- Experience with imports from China and interaction with marketing will be an advantage.
