Who we are looking for:
experience as an assistant manager or course certificates in this direction.
You understand the primary accounting of the company's income and expenses.
You know modern and make presentations clearly.
You have basic knowledge of LMS.
Organized, neat, systematic.
What work tasks await you?
Maintenance of the company's planned payments and income/expenses table.
Update of internal company documents.
Reminders about holidays and company meetings.
Working with presentations and LMS (Kwiga, WeStudy, Notion).
Granting access to the company platform as needed.
Package of course information in the LMS system.
Conducting "mystery shoppers".
Other business tasks in terms of sales and reporting.
