Main tasks:
- Call center analytics:
- Checking completed tasks by supervisors
- Timely filling in tables and graphs
- Conducting basic analytics of indicators
- Supporting the manager in current tasks:
- Maintaining a task calendar
- Deadline control
- Implementation and maintenance of:
tables, reports, monitoring of other operational tasks and calendars
Requirements to the candidate:
- Experience as a manager / operations manager in sales
(call center, e-commerce, service model is an advantage)
Knowledge of one languages (required):
Italian
Bulgarian
Romanian
Portuguese
Spanish
Readiness to work within current processes and KPIsPayment terms
- Salary - 40000-45000 + bonuses
