we have already achieved significant results, taking our product into the top 3 Ukrainian Rydheiling Services. We have many new ideas and ambitions. That is why we are expanding our team.

• Development and improvement of business processes
• Editing operating tasks within a business team
• Updating and filling the knowledge base
• Analytics for improving the efficiency Business processes

How will you affect the service:

• Gathering and updating information, updating the processes and knowledge base on the request of the operating manager; 
• providing and locking standard access to work programs; 
• ordering and standardization of data in resources such as Clickup, Admins, etc.; 
• Informing the Direct Business team about changes and updating; 
• Coordination of service staff on work issues, providing the necessary information and consultations on responsible persons and sources of data; 
• escalation of the operating manager of situations that do not correspond to current processes, as well as potential problems in their detection; 
• Fixing team rallies; 
• collecting and updating employees on HR, IT or Financial Department; 
• Payment for drivers of compensation for certificates and promotions; 
• Communication with drivers in Telegram; 
• Request processing; 
• filling and updating instructions; 
• Description and documentation of existing processes. 

What are the skills for us:

• 2+ years of experience in the transport or service sphere, ready to consider candidates with less experience (taxi, logistics or fleet management); 
• Confident Ownership of Excel, Google Sheets and other analytical tools for processing and analyzing data; 
• experience in working with CRM systems for managing relationships with partners; 
• Knowledge and skills of working with platforms for taxi, mobile applications and other technological solutionsby the transport industry.
