Operational analyst in Ksuu Store

Congratulations! We are the Ksuu Store team — the largest store of equipment and hair accessories in Ukraine. The mission of our company is to save the most valuable thing - time.

We are looking for an operational analyst, a person who will provide correct financial accounting of the enterprise with the help of specialized tools.

Our expectations from the candidate:

• Has proven experience of working in a similar position for at least 2 years.
• Has experience in analyzing large data sets and optimizing business processes
• Has analytical thinking, high level of responsibility and independence
• Confidently works with CRM, ERP systems, MS Excel

Main tasks at work:

• Control of the correct driving databases of the OneBox system
• Control of compliance of financial accounting data
• Control of correct fiscalization of sales-return operations
• Preparation of statistical reports upon request using the database
• Formation of a payment plan and maintenance of these tables
• Control of regular mutual settlements with lessors and other system counterparties

About important:

• ZP - rate
• Working schedule: from 8.00 to 16.00 Mon-Fri
• Location - Office (right bank)
