Position: Operational Director

Charity Organization “Hope And the House for Children ” (Hope and Homes for Children) invites you to join the team of professional, persistent, initiative operating director. 

Our organization is closely linked to the British International Charitable Organization of Hope and Homes for Children, which works to ensure the right of every child to grow in a safe family environment. Starting in 1998, we will implement in Ukraine projects aimed at helping vulnerable children and families, creating new social models of their support in communities, teaching specialists ( www.hopeandhomes.org.ua )

Key responsibilities:

• The implementation of operational management by the following processes in the organization:
  • HR management and team development
  • Procurement and financial support
  • Transport and warehouse Logistics
  • Internal Communications and Corporate Culture
  • Digitization and Development To ensure the implementation of strategic and prose goals of the organization
  • Development of regulations and procedures for effective and transparent management and control
  • providing daily control and uninterrupted operation of operating processes and teams (providing resources, control and analysis Effectiveness, Risk Definition and Minimization)
  • Establishment of Interaction and Internal Communications
  • Development, Support and Personnel Support to achieve professional goals
  • In the organization

  requirements for candidates:

  • Higher education in the field of business management, public administration, economy
  <. l> High level of knowledge and experience in the implementation, optimization and regulation of key operating processes in organizations
  • Experience of guidance and creation of teams with a high productivity culture (at least 3 years)
  • Experience of digitalization and Operating process automation
  • Ability to introduce and manage changes in the organization
  • Ability to identify and priority to effective initiatives and delegate them properly
  • Strong leadership qualities, analytical, communication skills
  • Fluent in Ukrainian and English
