Main tasks:

• Collection, formalization and coordination of business requirements with process owners.
• Description and modeling of business processes.
• Analysis of efficiency, possibilities of business implementation processes and development of proposals for their optimization, interaction with software developers regarding the implementation of business requirements for system functionality.
• Project documentation support, organization and direct software testing ensuring consolidation of comments based on test results.
• User support and assistance.

Our expectations:

• Higher education (economic/technical (preferably energy), IT.
• Experience as a business analyst or related from 2 years of mastering the techniques of gathering and formalizing requirements, developed communicative skills and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of SQL will be an advantage.
• Experienced user: MS 365 Jira SQL Server Management Studio.
• English language at B2 level and above.
• Responsibility, conscientiousness, perseverance, purposefulness.
• Teamwork skills, desire for professional growth and improvement.
