OpenCart Backend Developer (OC 3.0 developer) in Plenosa

Hello! We are looking for an OpenCart developer with good knowledge of PHP and the workings of this CMS

Brief about us:

Coordinated and friendly team with a portfolio of more than 380 successful implementations projects, including complex stores, corporate portals and custom business solutions. We are currently looking for a strong OpenCart developer with a focus on the backend to strengthen our team on new eCommerce projects.

What you will do:

• Develop and refine functionality on OpenCart (versions 3.x)
• Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, logistics
• Develop or customize modules (own or third-party)
• Participate in project architecture planning
• Optimize site and admin performance
• Test and deploy changes

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience working with OpenCart
• Excellent knowledge of PHP, MySQL, OOP, MVC
• Experience in creating custom modules and extending OpenCart functionality
• Understanding template structure OpenCart (but the focus is on the backend)
• Experience of integration with API of third-party services (CRM, logistics, payments)
• Working with Git
• Understanding of front-end: HTML/CSS/JS at the basic level
• Experience of working with large product catalogs, multistores, multilingualism
• Understanding of backend security, prevention of SQL/Code injections

Will be a plus:

• Experience of migrations from other CMS to OpenCart
• Knowledge of Laravel
• Knowledge of WordPress
• Optimization experience MySQL queries and caching
