OpenCart 3 Implementation Expert (Eyewear eCommerce) in Dido Agency

We are looking for an experienced OpenCart 3 Implementation Expert to lead the setup, customization, and optimization of an eyewear eCommerce store (eyeglasses & sunglasses). This role is critical to delivering a high-performance, scalable, and conversion-optimized online shopping experience.

You will be responsible for the full technical implementation—from core setup to advanced customization and team handoff.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and deploy OpenCart 3 from scratch.
• Customize themes and layouts to align with brand identity and UX standards.
• Configure product architecture:
  • Categories (eyeglasses, sunglasses, brands, collections)
  • Attributes (frame size, lens type, color, material, gender, etc.)
• Integrate and configure essential extensions:
  • Payments (Stripe, PayPal, Authorize. net, etc.)
  • Shipping providers
  • SEO, caching, and performance tools
• Ensure mobile responsiveness, fast load times, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Implement secure checkout and data protection best practices.
• Perform QA testing, bug fixing, and performance optimization.
• Document setup and provide training/support for internal team management.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven hands-on experience with OpenCart 3 (implementation + customization).
• Strong proficiency in:
  • PHP
  • HTML / CSS
  • JavaScript
• Experience working with OpenCart extensions and third-party integrations.
• Understanding of eCommerce UX, CRO basics, and performance optimization.
• High attention to detail and structured approach to development.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
