We are ready to accept a person without experience in this field. Competent writing of texts, ability to work with Excel tables, messengers will be a significant advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Communication with customers in chats in messengers;
• Consultation on company services, calculations, delivery terms;
• Resolving current requests, coordinating with logisticians and drivers;
• Processing requests and returns communication;
• Reporting on appeals and problem situations;
