Online store manager, order processing specialist, call center operator in Maikoff

We are ready to consider candidates without experience, but with good communication skills, self-organization and responsibility! For the job, you will need: work experience in an advertising and souvenir company (will be a competitive advantage); be able to work in a team; be a confident user of Google, Microsoft, ERP/CMR products (any); literacy — fluent oral/written Ukrainian; motivation, desire for development and love for training; being able to work in multitasking mode; sociability, flexibility, energy; enjoy communicating with people and be friendly; Responsibilities: know and follow the general rules, regulations and instructions in force in the company; process online orders (communication with by customers for order approval, transfer to production, support of the payment process, creation of TTN, tracking of timely receipt of products by customers); advise on products, methods of payment and delivery, etc. Working conditions: 5-day working week (Mon-Fri from 9.00 a.m. to 18.00); stable, without delays, salary payment; the first 3 months - a trial period; fixed rate - UAH 18,000, after + % (bonus system based on work results, from UAH 20,000); the office is equipped with everything necessary for comfortable work; possible and career growth is very welcome, the company is ready to train employees; an ambitious and friendly team that will always support and help!
