Who we are looking for: a specialist who has successful experience in launching online stores.
Key value product position:successfully operating online store with stable sales growth and a high level of customer satisfaction.
Required work experience:
minimum 2-3 years of experience as an E-commerce Manager or Digital Marketing Manager, preferably in FMCG;
experience in launching and developing e-commerce projects from scratch;
working with the US market will be a SIGNIFICANT advantage.
Preferably, but not required:
Tik tok shop, Amazon.
Basic knowledge of programming (HTML/CSS).
What is important in this position:
Plan sales and marketing activities (create marketing plans and promo calendars).
E-commerce platform management (Shopify or similar).
Deep understanding of SEO, PPC, SMM and key metrics.
Ability to work with analytical tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, Clarity).
Ability to work with Google Ads, Meta Ads.
What you will have to do:
Planning and launching an online store.
Managing the daily operations of the e-commerce platform.
Sales and marketing strategy (development, implementation, control).
Introduction of new functions and ensuring smooth operation of the site.
Analysis of sales and customer behavior to optimize processes.
Analysis of trends, competitors and implementation of best practices.
Your areas of responsibility:
Site launch, development and maintenance. span>
Planning sales and marketing campaigns.
Execution of the sales plan and the site development plan.
Data analytics and development strategy planning.
How will your performance be measured:
Smooth operation of the site and user experience.
Execution of KPIs (sales growth, conversion, average check, number of returns).
