Online store chat operator (NOT REMOTE)

What you have to do:

• Reception and processing of customer orders, entry into the database;
• Working with incoming requests, messengers;
Provide high quality customer service according to company standards (in chat mode)
• Control of payment for goods;
• Creating a postal online invoice. 

You are the ideal candidate if:

• You adhere to proper writing
• You have a high level of sociability;
You have basic skills in working with by computer
