The primary focus will be on driving sales growth, improving conversion rates, and enhancing the overall online shopping experience for customers. The Online Sales Manager will work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure that the company's GPS trackers and wearable devices are effectively promoted and sold online.Key Responsibilities:Manage Online Sales Channels:- Oversee and manage all aspects of online sales on company-owned websites and Amazon.- Ensure product listings, descriptions, and images are optimized for search and conversions.- Monitor and analyze sales performance across all platforms, identifying trends and areas for improvement.Amazon Sales Management:- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales on Amazon, including product placement, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.- Manage the Amazon Seller Central account, including inventory management, customer reviews, and order fulfillment.- Monitor Amazon performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales.Website Management:- Collaborate with the web development and design teams to ensure websites are user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for conversions.- Implement and manage online promotions, discounts, and sales campaigns on the company websites.- Use analytics tools to track website performance, traffic, and user behavior, making recommendations for improvement.Product Strategy & Launch:- Work closely with the product development team to ensure new products are launched effectively online.- Provide input on product pricing, positioning, and marketing strategies based on market trends and customer feedback.Customer Experience & Support:- Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure a seamless customer experience from purchase to post-sale support.- Address and resolve customer issues related to online purchases, working to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.Reporting & Analysis:- Regularly report on sales performance, including key metrics such as revenue, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.- Analyze data to identify opportunities for growth and areas needing improvement.- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging online sales strategies.Qualifications:- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.- Experience:- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in online sales management, preferably with experience in managing sales on Amazon.- Proven track record of driving online sales growth and improving conversion rates.- Experience with e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and analytics tools.- Skills:- Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices and online sales strategies.- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.- Proficient in using Google Analytics, and e-commerce platforms such as Shopify or Magento.
