That is why we are looking for an online marketer who will help us be everywhere - in the mind, search, social networks and hearts of customers.

What will need to be done:

Planning, implementation and optimization of digital strategies for B2B and B2C segments.

• Maintenance and development of corporate websites and brand pages with a priority on the market of Ukraine, Poland and the USA, ensuring content relevance and technical support

• Planning, launch and optimization of advertising campaigns in social networks and messengers according to the approved marketing strategy and plan

• Planning and implementation of telecommunications and IT services adapted to the specifics of each region">

  Interaction with external contractors, setting of technical tasks, control of work performance; if necessary, engaging additional contractors

• Formation, protection and control of the online marketing budget

• Organization of the effectiveness, cost and scalability of promotion

Coordination of the promotion of several brands, taking into account the local characteristics of the markets and priorities

Who we are looking for:

• Experience in digital marketing for at least 3 years, preferably in the promotion of B2B and B2C services in telecommunications, IT or related fields

• Experience of forming, protecting and controlling the budget for the online marketing article

• Experience in evaluating the effectiveness and scalability of promotion channels

• Confident knowledge of web analytics (Google Analytics)

• Experience with advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads)

• Knowledge of SEO and promotion in social networks and messengers

• Experience working with external contractors

• Excellent communication skills, ability to work in a team

• Personal qualities: initiative, analytical mindset, responsibility, stress resistance, ability to be creative, but also to count

• Fluency in Ukrainian, knowledge of Polish is a big plus

• Proficiency in English at a level no lower thanIntermediate (В1)
