We expect from you:
- 2 years of work experience in the field of recruiting;
- skills of interviewing on competencies, evaluating candidates at the selection stage on SOFT and HARD skills;
< li style="font-weight: 400">skills of a confident user of social networks, MS Office, MS Outlook, Canva;- excellent communication and teamwork skills, attentiveness, respect to people, ability to defend one's opinion, purposefulness.
Basic tasks:
- search and selection of employees in the following areas: marketing, accounting, analytics, procurement, technology department, operation of internal networks and equipment, L&D, personnel administration, recruiting, IT etc;
- prebording, onboarding, adaptation, 1to1 meetings;
- full interaction with internal customers regarding opening/closing vacancies;
- participation in other projects of the HR department;
- reporting according to one's line of work .
