• Experience in 1C and excellent command of Word, Excel;

Your responsibilities will include:

• creating vacancies for searching and recruiting personnel, posting vacancies on job sites, processing reviews;
• conducting telephone interviews , online interviews and interviews in the office;
• participate in HR projects;
• engage in the adaptation of new employees in the team;
• support the vital activities of the office: providing water, coffee and other household goods necessary for the smooth and comfortable functioning of the office and the work of employees;
• participate in the formation of the company's corporate culture, maintain a positive moral climate in the office;
• perform additional tasks of the manager.
