And one who knows how to run HR in Ukraine and has some knowledge about recruitment. You are definitely a person, who is an entrepreneur and a self-starter. Besides these traits, we are looking for the following competencies.Structured and organized.Strong people management skills that believe that leadership is an enabler, a service, and not a position of power.Excellent at remote leadership.Understanding of how IT programmers think and work.Ability to create and develop a company culture for remote teams.Experience with Ukrainian employment law.Fluent in written and spoken English.Requirements3-5 trips to the headquarters in Copenhagen annually.Why Join YouWe?
