What you will do as an office administrator:

• Interaction with office maintenance companies, control of the execution of requests for daily and unscheduled office maintenance (cleaning, facilities, plant care etc.)
• Ensuring service of coffee points (interaction with contractors, control of availability of coffee, tea, etc., service control)
• Control over maintenance of collaboration areas in proper condition (meeting rooms, conference hall, dining room, coffee points)
• Providing the office with stationery
• Controlling the sorting of garbage, according to bank standards
• Ensuring the process of accounting, storage, moving, repair of property entrusted within the functional limits
• Processing requests from internal customers, regarding issues of office maintenance and provision
• Monitoring the maintenance of offices in proper condition (cleanliness, order, quick response to requests)

We are looking for a specialist who has:

• a full higher education
• work experience: administrator in a large company, mainly restaurant/hotel complex, as well as the service sector from 1 year
• the ability to work within tight deadlines and perform many tasks
• the ability to work in a team and learn quickly
• the ability to work in conditions multitasking
