We are currently at the stage of active scaling, so we are looking for office manager in our comfortable office, which employs almost 500 people

Our ideal candidate has the following skills:

  • 1 year of work experience, preferably in a similar field positions
  • can work on a PC, in particular with MS Office, GoogleDocs, Figma, etc.;
  • can work with documents, in particular at the primary level with contracts, acts, invoices, etc. ;
  • has good organizational skills;
  • can work in a team;
  • has analytical skills and can do small calculations;
  • can work on creative tasks;
  • can perform turnkey tasks, work independently on separate projects;
  • can prioritize work;< /li>

Main tasks:

Individual areas of work are distributed among different office managers, so you will work in a team on the following areas:

  • hospitality system and intra-object access regime: meeting guests, if necessary (very rarely) tea/coffee, working with office equipment (copying, scanning), calling a taxi, answering calls , control of access to the office and removal of material valuables, communication with security guards;
  • organization and compliance order;
  • management of employee requests: provision of reference information, searching on the Internet, response to employee requests, etc.;
  • organization of work space: renting of offices, their operation, payment of utility services, organization of repair work, organization of relocation of employees, etc. (together with facilities-managers); household chemicals, stationery, first aid kit, furniture, household appliances (together with facilities managers), decor, etc.;
  • cooperation with partners and contractors: cleaning companies, florists, decorators, doctors, mail/couriers , other suppliers of goods and services; search for partners, negotiations with them, signing of contracts, control of payments and quality of provision of goods and services;
  • organization of lunches, health insurance, leisure time, discount program, etc. in the office;
  • organization of events ;
  • business trip/holiday logistics: organization of transfer, accommodation, meals, processing of documents (visas, health insurance);
  • working with documents: contracts, acts, accounts, reports, descriptions, analytics, budget within the scope of competence, reporting, checks/invoices, etc.;
  • official communication with employees on behalf of the company;
  • fulfillment of other management tasks .
