Who are we looking for? We are looking for a second Office/Event Manager to help optimize our administrative processes and contribute creating a positive work environment for our Kyiv team, as well as providing support to our remote employees. Your tasks: Implement and improve administrative work processes. Effectively manage all stages of procurement, starting from the identification of needs, selection of suppliers and successful implementation. Management of office expenses and making payments. Generation of creative ideas for greeting employees with holidays. Together with the team, organization of events, team initiatives, development of corporate merch. Helping top management in fulfilling personal and business needs (personal errands, ordering tickets, booking tables, etc.). Organization of trips to conferences and business meetings (booking tickets, hotels, help with registration, etc.). Searching for new contractors and communicating with current ones in order to obtain better conditions. Helping Happiness&Administrative Lead with orders to our office in Warsaw. Quality control of supplier services and collecting feedback from teams. Ordering food products (breakfasts, lunches, snacks). Checking cleanliness and order in the office, organizing repair work. Ordering equipment, furniture, books, plants and decorative elements. About you: Experience in a similar position or as an event manager .Strong creative skills, the ability to generate innovative ideas and non-standard solutions.Skills of open and effective communication, the ability to negotiate with team members, contractors and suppliers, as well as confidently defend your ideas.High level of responsibility and a proactive approach to solving issues.Experienced user of Google Sheets and Canva, with experience working with Google Slides, Keynote or similar tools. Ability to quickly and efficiently perform tasks, manage a circleprioritize and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong prioritization skills, ability to prioritize and quickly adapt to changes and challenges. Experience with task management tools is an advantage. Ability to effectively solve urgent problems and challenges. English language level: B1 and above. Will be an advantage: Previous experience working in an event or PR agency.
