What qualifications and experience are required

• Work experience of 5 years or more
• Experience in designing and implementing solutions for ERP systems.
• Knowledge of modern software product development and testing methodology and experience in its use.
• Knowledge of the OEBS architecture and its main modules (General ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets. Inventory, Order Management, Purchasing, Project Management).
• Basic skills in describing IT processes and functional requirements, modeling and documenting processes.
• Proficiency in various development methodologies: Agile, Scrum, Kanban.
• Ability to use project management tools: JIRA, Confluence, MS Project.
• Ability to effectively communicate with the team and directly with business customers.
• Using patterns to create scalable, fault-tolerant and secure software solutions.
• Good knowledge of the basics of algorithmization and information security.
• Own SQL programming languages (including PL/SQL) and JavaScript.
• Experience in using Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, Oracle Workflow Builder, SqlPlus, Oracle APEX.
• Experience in optimizing existing software solutions.
• Knowledge at the level of an experienced user of MS Office 365.
• Desirable: experience in implementing system integration solutions using various technologies (DB Link, RabbitMQ) and protocols (REST API).
• English is at a level sufficient for communication, reading and correspondence within the scope of job duties.
