PJSC "Podilsky Cement" (Kamianets-Podilskyi) announces a search for the position of Engineer for labor protection

Key duties:

• Organizes, coordinates, checks and implements necessary actions for the employees of the enterprise to observe and implement the policies on labor protection, industrial safety, and industrial sanitation in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine and internal corporate rules and standards.
• Participates in the study of working conditions at workplaces, in the development of a project of measures to improve the conditions of labor protection.
• Participates in the implementation of effective structures of fencing equipment, safety devices and other means of protection, measures to create safe and healthy working conditions.
• Conducts internal audits and inspections of the state of occupational health and safety at the enterprise in accordance with the requirements of the company and the legislation of Ukraine on occupational health and safety.
• Controls the implementation of the prescriptions of state supervision bodies.
• Conducts introductory briefings on occupational health and safety issues for employees upon hiring, employees of contracting organizations, guests, students, and also supervises the organization of instruction on occupational health and safety issues in the company's divisions.  
• Prepares and submits reports for monitoring the results in the field of occupational health and safety of the enterprise and ensures the proper design and storage of documentation on occupational health and safety issues.
• Controls the development and revision of instructions for occupational health and safety, participates in the development of methodological documentation for occupational health and safety.
• Submits proposals for the development of the annual plan for occupational health and safety of the enterprise, taking into account the results of audits and inspections of occupational health and safety, industrial injury statistics, best practices of the company group CRH.
• Organizes and monitors the provision of workers with rules, standards, regulations, regulations, instructions and other legal documents on labor protection.
• Organizes periodic medical examinations of the company's employees.
• Monitors compliance with the requirements for safe work on high-risk equipment.

• Participates in the preparation of draft orders and orders on labor protection issues. Participates in meetings with responsible employees of the enterprise regarding issues of safe operation of controlled objects.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher education (professional or technical);
• Experience in the field of OP 1-3 years (experience of working in companies with foreign investments will be an advantage);
• Knowledge of legislation and regulatory legal framework on labor protection and corporate standards and rules on occupational health and safety;
• Knowledge and understanding of the principles of operation and operation of equipment;
• Microsoft office user (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• Knowledge of the English language will be an advantage;
• Personal qualities: honesty, responsibility, self-discipline, communication skills, strategic thinking, attention to details.
